Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
***As of August 9, 2022. Project has not been awarded yet. Award info will be on September 13th. The work comprises but is not limited to: Mobilization; Traffic Control; selective 2-inch grind and 2-inch AC overlay; ADA Ramps, adjustment of existing manholes to grade; adjustment of water valve can covers; storm drain culvert replacement (2) regrading of shoulders and placement of compacted base material, and restoration of striping, pavement markings, and legends. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or C12 Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations website.
