The City of Chino Hills ("City") invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide on-call asphalt repair services. The successful vendor will be awarded a "not-to exceed amount" maintenance contract for a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City's requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal.
