As of July 28, 2022, project was awarded to Palmetto Group, awarded amount is $163,027.55. The City of Greer is soliciting bids for the upper parking lot paving at Century Park. The purpose of this bid request is to obtain from qualified interested offerors a sealed bid provided to the City of Greer, City, for the Upper Parking Lot Paving at Century Park project. The scope of services is as set forth in specifications, Attachment II, which is titled Upper Parking Lot Paving at Century Park. All offerors must supply with the Bid Package a certificate stating the coverage limits carried for General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. Be sure to reference the attached specifications, as they may set required coverage limits for these lines of insurance. For proposed contracts greater than $25,000.00, the offeror awarded the contract must supply a Performance Bond in the amount of 125% of the proposed contract price prior to commencement of the project. The main upper parking lot of Kids Planet requires the entrance to be replaced as represented in the attached civil drawings.
