Construction of a nominal 80'-0" wide by 80'-0" long fabric covered steel framed building system, either truss arch or pre-engineered metal frame: includes engineering analysis, design and construction of foundation, concrete piers, and fabric covered steel framed system, including precast bunker panels. Bituminous included. 3. Construction of unheated storage shelter consisting of precast bunker panels with wood framed walls and roof framing, includes metal wall and roof panels. 4.
