Site work and paving for a civil project in Thames Centre, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The scope of the Contract includes construction works on Hamilton Road, Oakwood Drive, and Oakwood Place in Dorchester, ON. The works will include, but not be limited to: a. Installation and maintenance of erosion-sediment control and tree preservation measures. b. Development of and adherence to concise traffic control plans and scheduling of works on Hamilton Road. c. Selective removal and disposal of existing surface materials and excess soil (in compliance with the latest O.Reg. 406/19 requirements) to facilitate the installation of the works. d. Installation of new sanitary sewer, structures, and private drain connections. Depth of installation varies from 2m to 8m depth. Excavation shoring and bracing designs are the responsibility of the Contractor and are to be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario. Strict adherence to asphalt removal limits is required. e. Trenchless replacement of long-side water services on Hamilton Road and Oakwood Drive. f. Replacement of existing 150mm cast iron watermain and water services on Oakwood Place without the use of a temporary watermain. g. Installation of new storm sewer, structures, and private drain connections on Oakwood Place. h. Full depth pavement structure reconstruction and urbanization of Oakwood Place cross section, standardization of cul-de-sac. Protect existing cul-de-sac tree. i. Full depth pavement structure reconstruction of Oakwood Drive. j. ROW restoration, including disturbed driveways, sidewalk, curb, and boulevards, including shaping and sodding.
