As of August 17, 2022 project has been awarded to Pennsy Supply amounting $95,321.48. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Road Paving - Contract 2 - The project includes: Furnish and place initial 9.5mm leveling course and 1.5" depth 9.5mm wearing course overlay along Williams Road. Meet incidental requirements of leveling and overlay as specified in Pub. 408, as amended and contract special provisions (attachment 1-A). CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/1/2022 10:00 AM For Contract 2, bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid accordingly. Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
