Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract provides for the improvement of a new 12-foot-wide asphalt path along the north side of US Highway 2, from the 179th Ave SE intersection to the Cascade View Drive intersection in the City of Monroe. The work to be performed includes but is not limited to: asphalt path, sidewalk, curb ramp, lighting, fence, bridge, stream crossing, roadway excavation, ditch, clearing and grubbing, signing, traffic control, landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Everett, WA I-5 and SR 2. East on US 2 to intersection of 179th and US 2. Project location: Along the north side of US 2 from 179th Avenue SE intersection to the Cascade View Drive intersection in the City of Monroe. Bidders who arrive before this time shall call (360) 869-4514 and arrange to deliver their sealed bids to this location. The timeliness of the Bid Proposal will be determined by the actual receipt date and time. Financing for this project has been provided by the City of Monroe and Washington and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Project shall be physically complete in 50 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Est. Value: $ 1,080,000.00.
