Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 580-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and 222-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage.

This project is to add two lean-to expansions to the existing detached garage, one on either side. Approximate sizes of the lean-tos are 9.8m x 5.5m and 9.8m x 2.1m with sloping roofs aligned with the existing roof. Building materials include concrete, wood, steel and various doors, interior walls, flooring and finishes. This will all need to be installed. There will be major electrical work involved to be completed as per engineered specifications. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada.
