As of July 29, 2022, project was awarded to CBTS Technology Solutions LLC with an awarded amount of $167,744.58 . New College Institute (NCI), located at 191 Fayette St, Martinsville, VA 24112, is a state agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. NCI is looking to replace its outdated security cameras and systems for all three building in Martinsville, VA. It is NCI's preference to use Meraki for its IP Video Surveillance System cloud based. The system shall be installed utilizing NCI's current network infrastructure. The project will include all equipment, cabling (US made), and installation for both indoor and outdoor cameras. Camera locations have been identified for exterior, parking lot, and interior by security and IT staff. Attached in excel spreadsheets are the equipment items needed. The project will be completed during the summer prior to the beginning of partner university classes in August. A 31% deposit upon execution of contract will be considered.
