The scope of services in this Request For Proposals includes the following: o Preparation of as-built drawings, with the end product being complete measured drawings of the building o Preparation of conceptual layouts - development of concept options showing a variety of space usage options including retail, conference/meeting space, hotel rooms, residential units, or combinations of options, to be completed in consultation with the City and City representatives. o Development of a construction estimate/budget for the various development options. o Preparation of an ALTA survey. o Identification of structural issues or limitations that might impact redevelopment potential. o Review of building code issues related to the various redevelopment options. o Development of an operational proforma for the various redevelopment options. All work under the scope of services shall be completed no later than ninety (90) days after execution of a contract. The City reserves the right to negotiate with the successful vendor for a final scope of services that fits available funding. All inquiries regarding proposal format or submittal procedures shall be directed to Zach Morris via email: zmorris@ci.martinsville.va.us The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to conduct business with the most responsive responder in the best interest of the City The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
