Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Village of Perth-Andover is currently working with the not-for-profit Perth-Andover Rotary Club and are interested in receiving proposals for a 24' x 40' log pavilion to be located beside the concrete slab where the old arena was located, at the Veteran's Field. Please note that submissions are to be made to the Village of Perth-Andover. The municipality will review all proposals with the Perth-Andover Rotary Club. Any in-kind donations in relation to this project will receive a tax receipt. Work will include: 1. Supply all necessary materials required for this project as outlined in attached drawing and specification sheets by Hatchard Engineering. 2. The construction of a 24' x 40' log pavilion as per attached drawing and specification sheet by Hatchard Engineering. 3. Pavilion will have a metal roof (29 Gauge steel). The colour will be chosen by the Perth-Andover Rotary Club. 4. Supply and install the base footings as per attached drawing. The digging and compacting may be completed by municipality if the contractor so chooses. The contractor is to ensure that the placing of footings is correct and is liable for overseeing and completing the installation.
