Per the owner, as of April 15, 2024, this project is in design, owner states design is somewhere around the 35% to 50% stage. Owner states the project may go to construction in the summer of 2025 but it may be later than that. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............. The City of Yuba City (City) is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional services associated with the preparations of plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), bidding, and construction support for teh Walton Avenue Improvements project (Project). All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically before 4:00 P.M., December 14, 2022.
