The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC Maintenance Services, at Yuba Sutter Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB. 22C285000 The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from January 01, 2023. through December 31, 2025, or upon approval, whichever is later. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the Services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS).
