A BUILDING RENOVATION FOR WEST ALABAMA PUBLIC TRANSIT CENTRAL OFFICES DEMOPOLIS, ALABAMA Work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior building renovations to an existing building that will become the new West Alabama Public Transit Central Office; coordination of the entire project and all related work required for project completion, as indicated on the Bid and Contract Documents. Certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner, for not less than five percent (5%) of amount of bid, but in no event more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), must accompany each proposal. Workmen's Compensation, extended fire and tornado insurance, public liability and property damage insurance, performance and payment bond, and Builders Risk insurance will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of SIXTY (60) days.
