The remodel will enclose an existing open office area with two new walls and a ceiling to make a 200 sf office, provide a new door and window, provide heating/cooling for the office spaces as well as new lighting and outlets. The new HVAC system will be a split system unit mounted on a new exterior concrete pad. The MEP work in this contract is Design/Build and deferred submittals will be required to be submitted by the mechanical and electrical contractor prior to start of work.
