As of March 13 2023, construction is underway. An exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Plans call for the construction of a 128-bed suite style student residence facility with associated student meeting, gathering, and study spaces. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
