WIDE ACROSS BOTTOM, DOUBLE FACE AS PER PTC DRAWING #PTS-140 DATED OCTOBER 1996ENTITLED CONCRETE MEDIAN BARRIER, CONSISTING OF 3 PAGES, NOTE: MUST CONTAIN INTERNAL SEALER; EITHER IPANEX (13.8 OZ. PER 100 LBS. CEMENT) OR XYPEX (15 LBS. CONCENTRATE ADD MIXTURE PER C.Y. OF CONCRETE). All questions concerning this proposal must be submitted through the Q & A function on the RFx in the Vendor Portal. Telephone and email inquiries will not be answered. Questions submitted via the Vendor Portal Q & A will be visible to all potential bidders The bidder who posed the question will not be publicly identified. Bid security in the form of bond or check is not required for this bid. Neither Performance nor Payment Bond will be required of successful bidder(s).
