The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston ("EDIC") d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA"), by its Chief Procurement Officer ("CPO"), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Engineering Design Services for Harborwalk and Resiliency Improvements at Wharf 8 / Pier 10 Project 2022 in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, s. 39M, as may be amended, estimated to be for a two-year contract with EDIC. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible respondent meeting the quality requirements, satisfying the minimum threshold criteria, and submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the comparative evaluation criteria and the fee proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
