Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norwich, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk expansion and reconfiguration to allow for increased outdoor gathering and dining space in the central city. This area will provide a safe location for pedestrians, patrons, and the general public to enjoy outdoor activities. Businesses and Restaurants on Lower Broadway will have an expanded space to serve customers and the public in a safe manner. As of June 22, 2022, this project is in the early planning phase. An engineer has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2023.
