INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS - All proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder-s Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier-s Check or Bank Draft for 10% (ten percent) of the total bid made payable to the Crystal Lake Park District. Bid Breakout Form shall accompany the bid proposal in its entirety. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
