Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 08/02/2022 No start and end date. As of 07/20/2022 This project has not be awarded yet. It will likely be awarded in early August. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have the Contractor furnish all necessary material, labour, equipment and all incidental items necessary for the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks at various locations (complaints) within the City. The abutting Property Owners have the option to replace the existing sidewalks privately before the start of sidewalk work under this Contract. The Contractor shall not be permitted to start construction prior to August 8, 2022. All work included in Contract shall be completed on or before October 14, 2022. Additional Description: A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Liquidated damages : there shall be deducted from any monies due the contractor the sum of Two-Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) for inspection fees incurred as a result of the late work
