Renovation of a municipal facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have Contractor provide the following services in connection with, but not limited to, the design and code compliance associated with the re-roofing projects for the City of Manitowoc, City Hall, 900 Quay Street, Manitowoc WI 54220. It is the intent of the City to directly cover all existing flat roofing EDPM membrane with new 60 mil (light Gray in color) PVC with a .5" recovery board underlayment minimum, the new PVC roofing system will have fully welded seams, and will be mechanically fastened to buildings structural beams securely per the manufacturer's requirements. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
