Renovation of an educational facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 7/22/2022 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a full renovation of the 1,160 square foot space with new LED lighting, updated computer power and data connections, interior doors, and windows, carpet, paint, and ceilings. There will be three bid alternates: Bid Alternate #1 will include all of classroom 211 which consists of a full renovation of the 1,040 square foot space with new LED lighting, updated computer power and data connections, interior doors, and windows, carpet, paint, and ceilings. There will be one add alternate for an electronic ticker board running along two walls of the classroom. Bid Alternate #2 is the Digital Wall Ticker for classroom 211. Bid Alternate #3 consists of Richlite Wall Panels.
