Renovation of an educational facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 6/10/2022 no bids received. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of (2) of the Rooftop Chillers and Air Handler units for the Idaho State University Life Sciences Lecture Hall Building along with modifying controls from pneumatics to electronic. In addition the condensate drain system for the chillers will be replaced along with relocation of the rooftop access port, and restroom exhaust and sewer vents. Some additional return air ducting will also be added to the south side of the teaching area at the front of the large lecture hall. Due to the end of the college semester access to the building shall be commence during the week of May 9th, 2022. Contractor shall only begin work that can be completed in 160 days from award of contract and shall not begin any work that will remain incomplete for an extended period of time. All new equipment shall be onsite prior to start of demolition of existing equipment. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
