Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement of the asphalt parking for the McIntosh Manor apartments which is located off of Bartz Way. Improvements also include, ADA parking, ADA ramp, removal of 3 existing concrete stairs, and a new storm drain system. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. REJECTION OF BIDS, WAIVER OF INFORMALITIES OR CANCELLATION: Prior to the effective date of a contract, the Administrator of the Division of Public Works shall have the right to accept or reject all bids, to waive any minor deviations/informalities or to cancel the bid. Work generally consists parking lot reconstruction, ADA ramp construction, and storm water collection and piping systems. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REJECTED, WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BIDDER. NO DEVIATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
