The Work to be undertaken is: The Localized Storm Drainage Improvements Program looks at correcting deficient local grading and storm water conveyance structures (i.e swale) around impacted residential properties to eliminate local water ponding as per the Drainage Bylaw. Annually the City corrects 4 to 5 sites that have been identified by residents. The general deliverables of this project have been split into several Schedules of Work, generally described as, but not limited to, the following: SCHEDULE A: 87 MR & 75 Woodlands Road & 33 & 35 Willowbrook Crescent: Includes all items associated with the Work. SCHEDULE B: 4 Kingsdale & 58, 60 Kenilworth Crescent: Includes all items associated with the Work. SCHEDULE C: 28 Desmarais Crescent & 26U PUL: Includes all items associated with the Work.
