Question Deadline: Thu Aug 11, 2022 2:00 PM (MDT) Duration in months: 30 A. This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective prequalified bidders to submit bids for 2022 City of St. Albert Oil & Grit Interceptor Cleaning Program, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Work, to successfully clean 5 City owned oil & grit interceptors (OGI's) located throughout St. Albert, to be undertaken is generally described as: Remove OGI's surface floatable solids, sheens, materials, and accumulated sediment within the receiving and secondary chambers of each unit. Obtain water and sediment samples adhering to the procedures highlighted in appendix D prior to cleaning OGI's. Dispose of all tested OGI waste at the designated City hydrovac transfer site located at Villeneuve Road. Decant all stormwater from the OGI's into designated water containment bins at the City hydrovac transfer site. Report the calculated/most practicable estimate volume (in cubic meters) of all waste debris removed from each OGI. All Work is to be completed in accordance with the November 2021 edition of the City of St. Albert Municipal Engineering Standards and Appendix D. Removal and disposal of all OGI waste is to include all labour, materials, trucks, travel time, fuel charges. All work shall be completed as detailed in ITT including all incidental work and items required to complete the work for which payment is not specified elsewhere.
