WSSC Water seeks to retain an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm to develop a comprehensive strategy of dealing with large diameter sewer mains, force mains and sewers located in wooded right-of-way and environmentally sensitive areas in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. The contract will require the A/E firm to access the COMMISSION's sewers, including large diameter sewers, perform inspections, condition assessment, analysis and develop recommendations for rehabilitation.,. The sewers are often located in environmentally sensitive areas and the A/E firm shall plan to obtain permits and access permissions. The A/E firm shall support the COMMISSION's community outreach efforts. The Consultant will be required to assist the Commission with project coordination and cooperation related to local communities, County Government, Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission staff and other affected organizations Performance Bond : No Labor and Material Payment Bond : No The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
