To tender a gravel crush for the RM of Rudy No. 284. The crush will result in 25,000 cubic yards of road gravel 7/8" finished product at the gravel pit in the RM at SW 15-30-8-W3, and to stockpile at the same site. This tender will require the Contractor to: complete the project in 2022 provide a certificate of insurance for one million dollars in liability insurance. carry their own Saskatchewan Workers Comp. adhere to all municipal bylaws, as well as provincial and federal laws and environmental requirements. include a list of equipment they have at their disposal to complete this project supply a 10% Bid Bond with the tender. leave the pit in acceptable condition before payment The crushing operation will be subject to continuous monitoring of crush quality in order to achieve the 7/8" traffic gravel product throughout. Tender will include stripping and crush that will form part of the tender, please list prices separately. Stripping may be contracted out separately. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Tenders are graded by: Availability, serviceability, experience, quality of work and cost. This tender will close and will be reviewed by Council at their regularly scheduled meeting.
