This Contract provides for the renovation of the Kalama Creek Hatchery Rebuild and other work, all to be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by The Nisqually Indian Tribe (Tribe) and HDR Engineering, Inc. (Engineer) Project Base Bid Estimate Range: $7,500,000.00 to $7,750,000.00 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Tribe Project questions should be directed to Chad Wall, MPA, Senior Project Manager of Nisqually Building Department at 360-456-5221 Bidders' questions and/or request for interpretation regarding the Bidding Documents will not be accepted after final Bidding RFI submission date posted in RFP.
