Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW) as represented by the Property Management Division (PMD) is seeking the partial demolition of the Education building that will include the removal and disposal of hazardous building materials, the demolition of the old dorm wing (including foundation), disconnection and tie-off all utilities and building systems fed from the Education wing and a new wall to close the building in. Grade and prepare the site for future use with appropriate steps taken to ensure adequate drainage and to control erosion and sediment. TIMELINE: This tender has been cancelled. Project may be updated if a re-tender is released. Coverage of this project is discontinued at this time.
