Refurbishment of St-Simon Road and Lavigne Street The specifications will be available at the Town of Caraquet, 10 rue du Colisée, Caraquet NB Each bid must be accompanied by a security bond or a bank draft (certified cheque) in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of Caraquet. The name of the tenderer as well as the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version and amendments to the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contracts Act (82-109) apply. Neither the lowest nor any of the tenders will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality could cancel this call for tenders. Bid value not released for publication.
