Renovation of a fire / police facility in Welshpool, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Install a fire panel and fire alarm system including fire panel, conduits and wiring and all end devices , i.e. smoke detectors and heat detectors, manual pull station, strobes and speakers, monitoring and control relays, alarms, etc. as required to serve the detachment fire protection/fire alarm requirements and comply with NFPA 72 ,NFC 2015 & NBC 2015 and applicable codes and standards. Connect fire alarm control panel to spare breaker in the existing electrical panel. Install voice line from dialer to telecommunications bix. Building does not have any fire panel system nor any fire protection equipment's. Consultant to evaluate the site and design an addressable fire alarm system as per latest technologies and to comply with latest national and provincial codes/standards Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
