Renovation of a medical facility in Welshpool, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal and disposal of all existing electrical devices for power and heat except devices in zone owned by Horizon. .2 Replace in same location all existing electrical devices for power and heat with new. .3 Re-wiring of all existing electrical devices for power, lighting and heat. .4 Re-circuiting of all devices indicated as "Life Safety" to new life safety panel. .5 Addition of new electrical room for life safety including panels, ATS and disconnects as shown on floor plans. .6 Addition of lighting in the attic space, including exit signs. .7 Structural to provide new walkway in attic space. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
