ALL WORK SHALL BE PREFORMED AT THE SAMUEL S. STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER TO REPLACE CHILLER PLANT ROOF SYSTEM This requirement is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160 and the Business Size is $16.5 Million. All prospective bidders must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) under NAICS 238160, and verified/visible/certified in VIP VetBiz (www.vetbiz.gov) at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement. Offerors must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion Time is 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for July 26, 2022 at 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time. Participants will meet at the Samuel S Stratton VAMC lobby. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, please compile all questions and requests for information (RFI's) and submit those inquiries in one email to both Mr. Tony Clemente, Contracting Officer, at tony.clemente@va.gov, and Mr. Les Griffith at lester.griffith@va.gov. Questions and RFI's must be received no later than August 02, 2022 at 2:00PM Eastern Time. Note that RFI's received after that date may not be accepted and risk is on the offeror. A signed 852.219-77 VA Notice of Limitations in Subcontractors Compliance Certificate (located in the solicitation) is required with the bid. In accordance with FAR 14.202-8, the Government is authorizing electronic bids on this solicitation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
