This Invitation to Tender consists all transportation, pumping, washing and other related activities for pump-out services for Birchwood and Ben Lomond area described within Items 1 to 4 of this tender documents and the specification sheet attached. The contract shall commence on September 23rd, 2022 and will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year. The Parties may by mutual written agreement renew the Contract for up to two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods on the same terms and conditions. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Items 1 to 4 of the tender documents. The intent is to award all locations to one (1) vendor, bidders MUST bid on all locations in order to be consider. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. As per section 11 of the specification document attached proof of insurance will be required prior to award.
