Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of part of the link connecting modular classrooms. .2 Demolition of skirting and back stairs of three modular classrooms. .3 Construction of a new wall at end of corridor that is kept and installation of a door, frame & hardware. .4 Construction of a new pressure treated wood stairs at the end of the corridor that will remain. .5 Electrical work as describe in drawings and specifications. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
