BID SECURITY DEPOSIT OR ELECTRONIC BID BOND REQUIRED (10% OF TOTAL TENDER PRICE) Based on the number of people that may register a third meeting may be added due to COVID-19 restrictions, at the Owner's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first serve basis. While attending the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting, Tenderers shall adhere to any and all applicable COVID-19-related regulations, restrictions, orders, directives and other publicly available information from the Province of New Brunswick as well as any and all of the Owner's applicable corporate policies respecting COVID-19.
