Lee Towers, One West Third Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428 and Sidney Pollock House, 450 East High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464 Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted via portal. In addition to compactor installation, this project also includes selective demolition, trash chute inspection & cleaning, dumpster movers, fire-rated trash chute discharge door replacement, trash chute door hardware replacement, associated electrical work, patching, painting, minor carpentry, and other ancillary work items, as are necessary to complete the major item of work There are four locations of work: 1) Marshall Lee Towers is an 80-unit multi-family seven story building, comprised of one bedroom and efficiency units designed for senior/disabled residents, located at 1 West Third Avenue, Conshohocken PA 19428. Marshall Lee Towers was built in 1974 and is approximately 54,700 square feet. 2) Golden Age Manor is an 85-unit multi-family five story building, comprised of one bedrooms and efficiencies designed for senior/disabled residents, located at 400 Walnut Street, Royersford PA 19468. Golden Age Manor was built in 1972 and is approximately 62,600 square feet. 3) Robert P. Smith Towers is an 80-unit multi-family nine story building, comprised of one bedroom and efficiency units designed for senior/disabled residents, located at 501 E. High Street, Pottstown PA 19464. Robert P. Smith Towers was built in 1972 and is approximately 53,600 square feet. Robert P. Smith Towers also includes administrative offices for MCHA staff. 4) Sidney Pollock House is a 102-unit multi-family nine story building, comprised of one bedroom and efficiency units designed for senior/disabled residents, located at 450 E.
