Bids must be submitted on the forms bound in the Bidding Document; must contain the names of every person or company interested therein; and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond with satisfactory corporate surety in the amount of 5% ofthe bid amount, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment bond in the amount of 100% ofthe bid. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Family Resource Center Carlin St. Renovation Project and hand delivered or mailed to the Board of Hancock County Commissioners, 514 S. Main St., 2nd Floor, Findlay, Ohio 45840. SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual opening thereof.
