Site Directions: Findlay High School 1200 Broad Avenue Findlay, Ohio 45840 Estimate of Construction Cost: $500,000 General Construction work consists of providing new finish flooring at both seating area and stage, new lay-in ceiling at low ceilings, plaster repair at ceiling above seating area, new wall finishes and select seating removal and replacement. Electrical work consists of retrofitting existing house lights to LED, providing supplementary LED house lights on the stage, removing existing emergency and exit lighting and providing new exit and emergency lighting with a central battery system, new fire alarm addressable modules tied to existing fire alarm system for auditorium house lighting and sound system monitoring, new panelboards for new theatrical equipment, new receptacles and power connections for new theatrical equipment, and all associated technology rough-ins for new theatrical equipment. Technology work consists of replacing the existing public address speakers and adding new public address speakers controlled from a volume control in the production booth and connected as a single zone back to the existing public address system head-end. Audio-Visual work consists of installing wiring and audiovisual equipment for control booth audio monitor system, performance audio systems, assisted listening systems, and production communication systems.
