Reference number : 1618420 PARC AVENTURES CAP JASEUX is calling for applications from teams of entrepreneurs and professionals as part of this call for qualification aimed at retaining candidates who will subsequently be invited to submit a concept and a bid for the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION RECEPTION AND TRAFFIC INFRASTRUCTURES, CAP JASEUX ADVENTURE PARK Firms with the required qualifications and having their main place of business in Quebec are eligible to apply. Financial guarantees and other requirements may be indicated in the request for qualification documents. In order to preserve the health of personnel, preventive measures to combat against the pandemic must be respected. Applications will be opened publicly by the architect in the presence of the client and a witness. The names of the teams participating in the Call for Qualification will be announced at the opening. This will be followed by an analysis by the selection committee to qualify and invite 3 candidate teams able to respond to the Design-Build Call for Tenders - phase 2: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION RECEPTION AND TRAFFIC INFRASTRUCTURES, CAP JASEUX ADVENTURE PARK A CANDIDATE will be chosen following a selection process for the realization of the project. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES who have submitted all the documents required for the Design-Build Phase 2 call for tenders and who will not be selected will receive a lump sum of $15,000 Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux does not undertake to accept either the one with the highest final score, or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
