The work performed in this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the Contract Drawings, and as specified herein, for the Winding Hill Park North Softball Field in Upper Allen Township. Work includes softball field improvements including site grading, removal of existing field structures, re-orientation of the field, dugout construction and installation of softball-specific amenities. Work is shown on the Contract Drawings titled, Winding Hill Park North Softball Field, prepared by C.S. Davidson, Inc., Consulting Engineers, dated June 2022, Sheets C10.00 through C10.02, inclusive Sealed bids for softball field improvements, including site grading, removal of existing field structures, re-orientation of the field, dugout construction, and installation of softball specific amenities. Clarification Deadline: 7/13/2022 3:00 PM A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
