Site work for a water / sewer project in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 10, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Work shall consist of installing approximately 3,270 LF of 14"x23" HERCP, 18" & 24" HDPE storm sewer mains, as well as, tying into an existing storm sewer located in a state right of way, installing new storm inlets, water quality device, pavement restoration, and working with the local utility companies to coordinate existing utility conflicts. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within Sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
