Renovation of a water / sewer project in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work presented in this Bid Proposal consists of process mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls upgrades at the Eklutna Water Treatment Facility, located at 30001 Eklutna Lake Road, Chugiak, Alaska. Project Consists of but is not limited to: Installation of new systems (process mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, and plant control) as indicated on the Drawings and included in the Technical Specifications; furnish and install new equipment and provide on-site manufacturer services: Sequence Work activities in a manner to minimize the number and duration of required shutdowns of treatment facilities; Provide support resources to the OWNER and OWNERS ENGINEER to verify the function and performance of new equipment and instruments installed in this Project, and the functional character of process operational cycles using that new equipment. Questions Due: 12PM Local Time, March 17, 2025 The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids.
