The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec, an establishment where it exercises its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. For information, the scope of the work covered by this call for tenders is between $45,000 and $55,000. The service provider must only consider this order of magnitude as an indication and not as a minimum or a maximum.
