Reference number : 1602042 Review Title : Asphalt repair 2022 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides is requesting bids for paving repair work on its municipal road network. This work includes the laying of approximately 5,500 metric tons of asphalt. However, a variation of plus or minus thirty percent (30%) in the quantity may be expected. For any information, the Bidder must communicate in writing only with Mr. Michaël Tremblay, General Manager, at the following email address: m.tremblay@saint-lin-laurentides.com . The BIDDER must provide a bid security representing at least TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the Bid before tax(s). The TENDERER must attach to its Tender a letter of commitment guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services which must each be for an amount equivalent to FIFTY PER ONE HUNDRED (50%) of the contract amount. The City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
