The mandate consists mainly of the work of: Line marking; Spot marking; Cleaning of the places after marking. The Successful Bidder will carry out the necessary and previously authorized operations in order to carry out the contract entrusted to it according to the planned schedule. Any preparation or related activity necessary to obtain the results mentioned or intended must be considered as an integral part of the contract. The TENDERER must, in order to protect the PRINCIPAL against possible losses from its refusal to enter into or perform the Contract in accordance with its Tender, provide a tender guarantee representing at least TEN PER CENT (10%) of the amount total of the Bid before tax(s). The CONTRACTING PARTY must, in order to guarantee the proper performance of the Contract, provide the PRINCIPAL with a performance guarantee for an amount corresponding to TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the total amount of the Bid before tax(s).
