The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 12,000 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 16,300 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 9,500 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 12,000 C Y Common Embankment (CV) 6,000 C Y Excavation - Subgrade and Select Granular Embankment 16,000 S Y Stabilized Full Depth Reclamation 21,000 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface 7,300 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (4,C) 5,300 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (4,B) 4,200 L F 12" - 24" RCP Storm Sewer 9,000 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter Together with drainage structures, erosion control, traffic control, signing, striping, and related appurtenances. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Maple Grove shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
