Site work for a civil project in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of a 20" Jordan Aquifer well with an anticipated capacity of approximately 1,500 gpm. Depth of the well anticipated to be approximately 1,650 ft. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office or Rapids Reproductions, Inc. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Project is funded in part by a Grant from the Iowa Flood Mitigation Board. Contract includes requirements for SMWBE for subcontracting, preference for goods, products or materials produce in the USA and procurement of recovered materials. All bidders are required to obtain the Bidding Documents from Rapids Reproductions, Inc. or Issuing Office. At which time, the bidders obtaining the bidding Documents will be added to a Plan Holders List. Bids received from bidders not on the Plan Holders List will NOT be considered.
